Backcountry Excursion Add-On

This is your registration for our optional backcountry excursion as an add-on for weeks 1 and/or 4. Due to high demand we are offering this add-on for anyone who would like to experience a guided backcountry tour during their week with us in Hokkaido. 

You must be able to ride black terrain and trees confidently to attend the backcountry excursion so that tours can operate efficiently.

The backcountry excursion will be a guided day of snowboarding on private land and accessed via snowmobile.

You can expect to ride well spaced tree runs and open powder fields on this day with a small group. We will get a minimum of 6 laps during the guided trip.

We will need to alternate being towed back up to the top of the runs with a rope behind a snowmobile. Some runs you'll sit on the sled, some runs you'll be towed. You can expect to be towed 1 or 2 times.

After 12/15/24 adding the tour is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the tour operator
